Delicias Ibéricas SERVI is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with  Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector.

The website is designed for Responsive viewing, so it is optimally displayed on tablet and mobile devices. On these devices it is optimized for viewing in the latest current versions of “Chrome for mobile”, “Firefox for mobile”, “Safari mobile”, “Opera Mini” and native Android browser.

The last accessibility review was carried out in March 2024.

Compliance status

The SERVI website is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018 due to the exceptions and lack of conformity of the aspects indicated below.

The content collected below is not accessible due to the following (all issues under review that will be improved in successive versions of the portals):

  • Some of the images on the website should be marked as decorative.
  • In the latest review it has been found that there are color contrast problems in some blocks on the website.
  • In some sections there are font sizes in absolute measurements (pixels).
  • On some pages there are problems in the reading and tabulation order.
  • In some menus the keyboard focus is not visible or behaves unexpectedly. The behavior of submenus with the keyboard is also pending review.
  • The link to skip to main content is pending adjustment.
  • Some button descriptions are pending revision.
  • There could be specific editing errors in some web sections.

Si una vez realizada una solicitud de información accesible o queja, esta hubiera sido desestimada, no se estuviera de acuerdo con la decisión adoptada, o la respuesta no cumpliera los requisitos contemplados en el artículo 12.5, la persona interesada podrá iniciar una reclamación. Igualmente se podrá iniciar una reclamación en el caso de que haya transcurrido el plazo de veinte días hábiles sin haber obtenido respuesta. La reclamación puede ser presentada través de la Generic Instance of the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the General Subdirectorate of Services Inspection of the Ministry.
