The product that has taken the fame of our gastronomy beyond our borders. It is made with the hind legs of the Pig, salted with just the right touch to offer the first traditional sweet attack in Guijuelo products. Its slow maturation and curing offer a color that ranges from pale pink to intense cherry red without unwanted aromas or flavors. They are raised on certified animal welfare farms and fed with feed made from cereals and other grains of animal origin. The weight of this product is 6.5/7.5 kg. DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN.
