• PRODUCTS: The Ham, salchichón and chorizo from this batch are top quality products made in the cradle of Iberian meat, Guijuelo. 
• IBERIAN SAUSAGE AND CHORIZO: salchichón and chorizo are a mixture of carefully selected meats from pigs raised in Guijuelo. The salchichón is seasoned with salt and pepper following the traditional recipe. For its part, the chorizo is seasoned with salt and red paprika, the latter is what gives it the red color so characteristic of this product.
• WEDGE CHEESE: The wedge cheese included in this gourmet basket is made with raw sheep's milk. It is a Manchego-type cheese due to the characteristic dry cheese flavor, which is provided by raw sheep's milk.
• OTHER PRODUCTS: This gourmet bundle also includes 1 jar of Sorillo holm oak honey. The oak honey keeps a secret, and it is that dark honey, almost black, instead of being obtained from the nectar of flowers, it is extracted by bees from sugary substances produced in the acorn,
